Stripsteak Waikiki reopens at International Market Place as Skybox Taphouse, Moani Waikiki prepare for arrival

The International Market Place is getting ready to welcome a set of new locally owned and operated eateries to their new homes in the heart of Waikiki.

“It’s an honor to welcome this incredible collection of new and local-favorite restaurants to International Market Place”, said general manager Breana Grosz. “With so many great new dining options, we look forward to continue being a gathering place for locals and visitors alike.”

IMP continues to comply with all local, state and federal laws and mandates to ensure a safe environment. The center reminds guests to always wear a facial covering in public and practice other public health safe practices, such as physical distancing and good hygiene.

Stripsteak Waikiki

Chef Michael Mina’s Stripsteak Waikiki is back with its evocative and modern twist on the classic American steakhouse.

The award-winning restaurant offers menu items that are bold in flavor and diverse in inspiration, reflecting the best of local ingredients and global inspiration where hand-sliced cuts of prized Japanese, Australian and American beef are the star.

Kuhio Ave Food Hall

The new Kuhio Ave Food Hall features the recently opened Banzai Burger and La Pina Cantina fronting the Kuhio Avenue entrance of the shopping center.

Banzai Burger serves up burgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, fries, onion rings and real ice cream milkshakes, while La Pina focuses on Mexican faves like margaritas, tequila and delicious regional cuisine.

La Pina also offers happy hour specials from 2 to 5 p.m., all-day drink specials, Taco Tuesday specials and live music on select nights.

Skybox TaphouseComing Winter 2021

Skybox Taphouse is bringing an elevated sports bar and restaurant concept with more than 40 TVs featuring state-of-the-art picture and sound for an immersive spectator experience, along with two full-sized bars that will be able to serve up to 200 guests.

Also available: the VIP Locker Room for groups, an outdoor tailgating area with a more casual atmosphere that’s anchored by a beer tap waterfall AND a beer truck bar!

Moani Waikiki Coming Summer 2021

Moani Waikiki is an ohana-run restaurant featuring live music and quality grinds.

Ohana is the foundation for the Moani, which offers comfort food crafted from local recipes that have been handed down for generations. This will be the restaurant’s first location in Waikiki.

Liliha BakeryComing Winter 2021
