Chick-fil-A will open a second location on Oahu at the site of the now-closed Kaneohe Bakery on Kamehameha Highway.
The Atlanta-based restaurant chain recently filed public permits with the City and County of Honolulu for the property, which local real estate project manager Duane Shimogawa reported had been on the market for $3 million.
Chick-fil-A announced in 2019 plans to open its first location in Hawaii at the current Burger King restaurant space on South Beretania Street.
The chain has also announced plans to open a leeward Oahu location in Kapolei.
