Beer Lab HI and Asato Family collaborate on Pickled Mango Sour Ale limited release

Beer Lab HI and the Asato Family have done it again, brewing another beer based on one of their favorite snacks — pickled mango.

Their new Pickled Mango Sour Ale limited release features aromas and flavors of the fruit, combined with that sour bite that makes your mouth water.

Beer Lab describes the 5.0% ABV beer as “light in body” with a “refreshingly tart finish” that’s “perfect for the summertime” here in Hawaii… and just about anyplace else!

The limited release PMJ is being sold in 2-packs (one per customer) and will be available to pick up on July 16 at all Beer Lab locations. Want some? Pre-orders begin online July 15 at 1:30 p.m. HST.

The PMJ will also be on tap and available for beer floats using Asato Family PMJ sherbert at all locations, while supplies last.
