Here’s a non-alcoholic option with a hint of spice, thanks to a barspoon of pepper jelly.
The Spicy Sip
🌶 1 oz. @drinkmonday gin
🌶 1 oz. @giffardusa aperitif
🌶 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
🌶 1 barspoon pepper jelly
🌶 5 dashes @australianbitterscompany Barrel Spice bitters
🌶 Lemon slice (for garnish)
Add all ingredients to a mixing tin filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with lemon slice. 🍋
