I’m trying something new for 2021.
While I’m still a fan of full-strength #cocktails, I’ve been spending more and more time messing with low-ABV drinks and #mocktails, like this one, made with Monday NA gin, two dashes of The Bitter Truth grapefruit bitters and topped with Fever Tree tonic and a fresh sprig of rosemary from the garden.
- 3/4 oz. Monday Non-Alcoholic gin
- 2 dashes The Bitter Truth Grapefruit bitters
- Fever Tree tonic water
- Sprig fresh rosemary (garnish)
Add non-alcoholic gin and bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until propery chilled and pour into rocks glass filled with ice.
Top with tonic and garnish with rosemary.
